Your Brain on Yoga
Fri, 6/15, 5:30-7:30pm
Gentle movement, restorative & yin yoga will help us to develop a deeper understanding of how our bodies are constantly seeking balance via our nervous system. We’ll explore Yoga Nidra and Guided Meditation during this two hour class.
Yoga…Healthy Backs – Strong Cores
Fri, 6/29, 5:30-7:30pm
We’ll engage in an all levels practice that will explore the Chakra System and focuses on healthy spinal movement and core stability during this two hour class.
Sutras & Restore
Fri, 7/13, 5:30-7:30pm
We’ll discuss the Sutras, the threads of wisdom for living a meaningful and purposeful life. Restorative yoga, guided meditation and journaling are some of the techniques we’ll use during this two hour class.
Healthy Aging Through Yoga
Fri, 7/20, 5:30-7:30pm
We all want to be healthy, fulfilled and able to enjoy our friends and family for as long as possible. In this two hour class we’ll engage in meditation, journaling and an exploration of healthy movement to help us live our best life.
