Thanks to Sadie Nardini for inviting me to the Anatomy module of her CSV Teacher Training. I loved Leslie Kaminoff’s “Breath-Centered Yoga” approach. One of my favorite quotes of his was, “The maximum benefits of yoga practice are derived from the simplest things that are taught, not the most complex.” Indeed the axial movements he took us through were simple BUT powerful.
